BURSARY FUND STARTED

A Bursary Fund has been established for children of financial members of QCAA. There will be three bursaries of $500.00 each. It is the view of the Executive that the Association should not only support their alma mater, but should reach out to the alumni living in Canada who contribute to the various fund raising efforts.

A Selection Committee which operates at arm’s length from the Executive, comprises:
Dr. Percy Anderson, Professor, York University,
Dr. Alwyn Egbert, Associate Medical Officer Of Health, City of Toronto;
Malcolm Taharally, Barrister, Solicitor & Notary Public;
Leon Thompson, Retired Sr. Supt. of School Operations, Toronto District School Board of Education; and
Dr. Joe Jagdeo, Family Physician.
