ARTICLE III - MEMBERSHIP |

The membership categories of the Association are as follows:
Full Member, Honourary Member, Associate Member, Student Member and Honourary Life Member. The rights and privileges of each membership category is as follows: STUDENT MEMBER: Student membership may be conferred on an alumnus pursuing secondary studies at university or college/cgep. All privileges of membership in the Association are available except the right to vote at any meeting of members of the Association or to be a member of the Executive Committee of the Association. A Student Member may maintain such status for a maximum of two (2) years after graduation. HONOURARY LIFE MEMBER: Honourary Life Member may be conferred upon a member in good standing who has made an outstanding contribution to the Association. Nomination for an Honourary Life Membership may be made by a Member and approved by the Executive Committee or granted by the Executive Committee. All privileges of membership in the Association are available including eligibility to cast one (1) vote at all meetings of members of the Association and to be a member of any committee of the Association. |

ARTICLE IX - MEMBERSHIP DUES |

| Section 2: | The annual dues applicable to a Student Member shall be fifty percent (50%) of the dues applicable to the other categories of membership and as determined from time to time by the Executive Committee. |
| Section 3: | Honourary Life Members are not required to pay Association dues. |
| Renumber Section 2 and Section 3 to become Section 4 and Section 5. | |
